Child Help Uganda is a non-profit organisation looking at helping some orphaned children attain education by helping in finding sponsors who can help fund their education and also help unemployed single mothers attain livelihood skills that can help them take care of themselves and their children.

Child Help Uganda was founded by a young safari guide who grew up as an orphan and was helped by two Australians that took the responsibility to fund his institutional education having met at a certain hotel where he was working as a swimming pool attendant in 2010. Having grown up with a single unemployed grandmother, MUGISHA MEDDY saw the hardships women go through to raise up their kids and this motivated him to start up the non-profit organisation that can help the less privileged.
