Vision statement

Child Help Uganda looks at improving literacy levels, empower single mothers and eliminate the possibility of human trafficking through creating partnerships that help children attain the required education and help single mothers attain the required livelihood skills
We imagine a world full of happy literate mothers and children that can live in an environment free from domestic violence that leads to human trafficking. A world where people live with equal values and rights ensuring the dignity of women is protected and respected

 

Hunger concept

Hunger is not an essential service but food is a daily need to everyone, but due to the unexpected climate change, pandemics and worldwide disasters, a lot of families and people in different regions have experienced famines and droughts that have caused low or no food productions hence starving in the regions that has caused immense deaths. Uganda in particular has regions where families can only access a meal a day, which has led to malnutrition among children in these communities, and this has forced us to include a hunger project that will help feed families in the most vulnerable communities.
